In 2016, James introduced his 24 hr service. It quickly became apparent that in an emergency situation the customers expect:
Firstly: A quick response. By remaining local, James is able to offer an approximate out of hours 30 minute response time often quicker.
Secondly: A fix, Offering a 24 hr service is great, however, if in the middle of the night there is no where to buy replacement parts it would mean a return visit.
This was a problem James wanted to overcome.
With that, James @ KT Gas Ltd has invested heavily in spare parts from stop cocks, boiler valves, controls, pumps, pcb’s, underfloor heating and megaflo components giving any plumbers merchant a good run for there money.
This has increased there first time fix percentage to the 93 % ratio.

Emergency out of hours 5.01pm - 7.59am
£200.00 + vat.
